Executive Summary Statement:
Narrative Of How I Used alcohol, drugs and sexual addiction to mask the pain I buried as an abused little boy. Born a perfectly healthy biological male, I had gender confusion. Lived as a female for 10 years. God radically healed me when I was crying in prayer one morning. God rapidly restored me to the biological male that HE created.

Acknowledgements: This book would not be possible without the help from a lengthy list of people. Many people helped me over the years whether they realize it or not.
Due to the sensitive nature of the Return to Daniel story, I have left out people’s names to protect their identities.

Disclaimer: This is a sensitive subject. I am only sharing my own personal experience. I am in no way qualified to make decisions for anyone else that may suffer from sexual addictions, gender dysphoria or dysfunction or confusion. I am not judging anyone. Everyone must make their own decisions in life. I am not saying that the transgendered community is right or wrong.
The purpose of my book is to highlight the need for a more thorough review by licensed Mental Health Professionals when dealing with people that have gender identity issues. When I began the process to meet the requirements of counseling with a licensed professional, I made mistakes. The main person that I interacted with for about 6 months never once had me discuss the childhood abuse that I experienced. I did not understand at that time that I was living in fear. I did not want to expose my deepest darkest secrets of childhood abuse. I now assume all responsibility for not exposing the abuse I suffered. It makes no difference now as I have worked through those problems with licensed mental health professionals.
